The Parental Support Worker Programme is funded through the Local Employability Partnership, and is hosted within the Employability and Skills Service, D&G Council. Our aim is to engage with parents to gain an understanding of the employability needs and barriers that families face and give recommendations on how employability support could be made more accessible and improved moving forward.
