Roles and responsibilities:

Inputting

· Sales Invoices

· Delivery Notes

· Purchase Orders

· Stock creation codes

· Stocktakes

· Stock adjustments

· Receiving & Booking in stock

Website

· Price updates

· Stock & Product updates

· Sales orders

Filing

· Sales & Purchase order quotes

Good general housekeeping

The role will also involve picking and rotating stock in the warehouse, together with customer and supplier interaction face to face and also over the telephone.
