Contracts Administrator
A full time position has arisen within our company based in our Castle Douglas branch office.
Monday – Friday 40hrs.
Salary based on experience.
Company pension and bonus scheme.
The ideal candidate must be polite, enthusiastic, have a keen eye for detail and good communication skills.
Candidates must be familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel and experience of Sage Accounts / job costing systems and any electrical product knowledge would be advantageous.
The role will include;
Communication with clients, employees and suppliers
Material requisitioning for all contracts and stock
Assisting of labour resources
Contract completion documentation
